Ph.D. Tuition and Aid
Pardee RAND Graduate School is committed to fully supporting its Ph.D. students for five years through a generous scholarship and a research fellowship that, together, cover tuition and provide a stipend for living expenses.
Ph.D. students receive a full-tuition scholarship in their first year and a partial-tuition scholarship in subsequent years. Scholarships are awarded during the admissions process; no separate application is required.

Pardee RAND research fellowships provide funds to cover tuition and living expenses. Each student receives a research fellowship by working on RAND projects of their choice.Learn more

Other Financial Aid
The current annual limit for Unsubsidized Stafford loans is $20,500 and the limit on GradPlus loans is determined by the cost of attendance. U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens may apply for these loans on an annual basis.
